THE RES-WORX INSTALLATION PROCESS.
Precision preparation. Expert application. Exceptional results. Our professional garage floor installations typically take three days, with each stage carefully planned to deliver a durable, beautifully finished floor.
DAY 01
Surface Preparation & Priming
We prepare the concrete using specialist diamond grinding equipment and a high-powered vacuum dust-extraction system. Cracks and surface defects are repaired, followed by application of an epoxy resin primer to establish a sound foundation.
DAY 02
Epoxy Body Coat & Decorative Flake
We apply a high-build epoxy resin body coat, then broadcast your selected decorative flake blend into the coating to create the distinctive colour and finish.
DAY 03
Polyaspartic Protective Top Coat
We finish with a protective polyaspartic top coat. Under suitable conditions, the surface can be ready for light foot traffic approximately two hours after top coat application.
Installation and curing times depend on temperature, humidity, substrate condition and the selected system. Vehicle traffic requires a longer curing period; RES-WORX will confirm when your floor is ready for use.
